Senior Insight Analyst – FTC / SPSS / SAS / T-SQL / R

A Senior Insight Analyst is required to join a household named not-for-profit on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The organisation are going from strength to strength as they embark on an exciting new multi-year digital technology transformation programme, with several exciting greenfield projects in the pipeline across the data team. Headquartered in Central London, the Senior Insight Analyst role will initially require working x1 day per week onsite with further flexibility available in the future to work x8 days per year on site. You will however need to be open-minded to other ad-hoc visits to the office due to the large number of project work that is on the horizon.
The role of the Senior Insight Analyst will include delivering and communicating robust ad-hoc data analysis, drawing-out actional insights around customer acquisition, cross/up-sell and retention. In addition, the Senior Insight Analyst will lead in improving digital capability of the CRM analytics teams by ensuring delivery of useable data for insight and analysis.
Skills & Experience required for the Senior Insight Analyst role:
Again, the Senior Insight Analyst position is paying a basic salary between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on your experience plus benefits.

Skills & Experience required for the Senior Insight Analyst role:
- Similar experience working in a senior insight or data analyst role
- Demonstrable experience with statistical or database software tools such as SPSS, SAS, TSQL, R or similar to manipulate large databases
- Proven experience in statistical analysis and data modelling, specifically for campaign analysis, customer profiling, segmentation and propensity modelling
- Data visualisation experience with either Tableau or Power BI
- An understanding of Google Analytics.
