MI Reporting Manager – SQL Server / SSRS / MIS / Agile

An MI Reporting Manager is required on a permanent basis to join a fast growth and highly reputable technology company who’s head office is based in the Midlands (the role is available on a hybrid basis or remote). As an MI Reporting Manager, you will be leading a talented and growing team of SQL Developers whilst overseeing and developing the smooth operation of the MI Reporting function.

The systems and software that the MI Reporting Manager and team will be working on includes high database centric processing, batch reporting, SSRS and more. Given the nature of the systems and their importance to the business, these processes must be fine-tuned for performance, be extremely reliable and of a very high quality.

Skills & Experience required:
  • Experience of leading technical development/engineering teams, ideally with a focus towards building high performance and high volume database centric distributed systems.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing software development methodologies and techniques such as Waterfall and Agile including Kanban, Scrum, XP, LEAN and Crystal.
  • Previous experience of commercial RDBMS, but not limited to, SQL server.
  • Management Information reporting experience, preferably with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Again, the position is paying a basic salary between £65,000 - £75,000 depending on your experience, plus bonus and generous benefits.
