IT Operations Manager, Up to £65,000

IT Operations manager is sought for a fast-growth and highly successful financial services organisation based near Bracknell. This is a really exciting opportunity for a friendly, trustworthy IT Operations Manager to join a reputable business who can offer an unrivalled amount of career progression and work with a large client base.

As an IT Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of technology services. Covering both internal and external services you will have responsibility for the service desk and desktop support functions and be the key contributor to defining the business vision of the IT Operations team.

This role is offering up to £65,000 + extremely flexible working, very generous pension + 25 days' holiday, life assurance, private medical and dental insurance, phone and MS home office discount, bonus and many other benefits

In return for:

• In depth experience of service management in an IT Environment
• Experienced with Service now software
• Experience in delivering and continuous improvement of IT support and support desk
• Ability to communicate opportunities for improvement and articulate these with high quality written papers
• ITIL v3 or 4v certified
