EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is electronically communicating information, such as purchase orders and invoices. Mainly focussed around supply chain communications, order processes, and messages sent between Warehouse, Wholesale & Retail.
This position will offer broad commercial exposure and end-to-end Supply Chain visibility. Your work will help account for promotional variants and supply chain fluctuations, including delays and shortages.
You will help to resolve customer issues and queries, acting as a key point of contact and delivering excellent customer service.
Working closely with the Customer Service and Demand Planning teams, you will anticipate and communicate service and delivery issues, ensuring that expectations are managed effectively.
You will be confident working at a fast pace with a high volume of orders. You will be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
You will gain exposure of working in a Technical IT environment and be able to gain experience in other areas such as Application Support and SQL.
Experience in a similar role and being educated to degree level is highly desired but not essential.

£100-150 / Day (D.O.E)
