Lead Data Business Analyst - £75k-90k (DOE)

About the role:
My client is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join their rapidly expanding diverse multifunctional team. You will be working closely with well-established retail and fast-moving consumer goods companies within a team of developers, data engineers and data architects to add business value and allow your client to define and reach sustainable growth within their business.

Salary and benefits as a Lead Business Analyst:
* I am looking for a Lead Business Analyst offering a salary range from £75,000 - £90,000

Lead Business Analyst responsibilities:
* Providing leadership and direction for team members and clients
* Producing high-quality and high-impact analytical work for clients
* Helping and organising training and documentation to enable success for your clients
* Creating detailed analysis on multiple things such as large data sets, reports, system, and processes
* Identifying issues, breaking down unclear requirements into actionable segments

Essential requirements as a Lead Business Analyst:
* Leadership experience
* At least 3-4 years of business analysis in data and/or consulting experience
* Good eye for detail, focus and conscientiousness on documentation
* Hands on, strong business analysis skills
* Experience working within a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills working with stakeholders

Essential technical skills:
* SQL or Python expertise and experience with other modern data tools (AWS, Azure, Snowflake)
* Proven experience working on Data/BI projects
* This could be within the Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS/SSIS/SSAS), Power BI or modern Azure data platform technologies
