As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, negotiating terms of business, and finding the best software developers for our industry-leading clients. A successful Recruitment Consultant is a self-starter, has a “hunter” mentality and is looking to build their own book of business.
From day one of joining, you’ll be enrolled in our highly regarded 8-week academy training program which will ensure you’re fully prepared to kick start your career in recruitment with confidence and the core foundations in place.
Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant gaining experience in the full recruitment lifecycle – pulling clients and positions to working with candidates
Become a market expert in your technology recruitment field
Create a business development plan and identity leads
Building relationships and rapport with clients and candidates. This will include, preparing candidates for interviews, arranging interviews, attending meetings, closing, offering and supporting the onboarding process
Client research and information gathering
