I joined Venturi in September 2021. I chose a career in recruitment because of my college advisor, it seemed to hit all the points I wanted in my future career. I decided to join Venturi though because of the culture.
Venturi has grown my business development skills, obviously a very vital aspect of the job, I would not have been able to succeed in the job as much as I have if it wasn't for the incredible training. Everyone works together as a team.
