I joined the Venturi team in October 2021, I've always found joy in creating relationships with people, recruiting allows me to both create these relations while also helping the people I work with AND making money. It's the perfect job! After talking with Sophie, Elliot, Jordan and the rest of the team I was just so pleased with them all that it was a no-brainer.
Being able to run a 360-degree desk where I work with both clients and candidates, has allowed me to sharpen my skills in the sales world while also utilizing my experience from working on the candidate side. There's a beautiful balance of collaboration and autonomy that leaves room for personal creativity. Whether it's looking around to your teammates for inspiration or scheduling time to work on specific skills, you are able to take the success from the company in the past and continue to build on it.
My biggest achievement (so far) is winning Top Biller for the US Contract Team in February, along with Rookie of the Month. Being able to watch Elliot work day in day out is inspiring he helps shine a light on what is possible with Venturi.
