I joined Venturi in May 2022, I never planned on going into recruitment but I really liked that what you put in is what you get out. It is also such a fast-paced industry where there is never a dull moment. As soon as I got to Venturi, I loved the people I met. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and funny. They made me feel like I would be a part of a team that was constantly going to support me, and they have through every step.
As a recent graduate, they made the transition very easy with so much help and training along the way. It is a really great and supportive team to be a part of. The best part of working here is easily the company culture and people.
