Amie Murdoch

​I started working at Venturi in February 2022. I really wanted a career where what you put in is what you get out. I also have a few family members who spoke very highly of recruitment so it inspired me to look into it. I looked at Venturi on Instagram and really loved how the team was and how many things they all do outside of work and I just knew I wanted to be a part of that team.

The training has been first class, so far my confidence on the phone has improved and I have learned so many things I never knew before it has also taught me to celebrate my little wins. I'm looking forward to seeing how far I can progress over the coming months!
