​When I began looking for a job out of college, I was searching for a sales job as I felt my existing skill set aligned with the role responsibilities. I wasn't too passionate about a specific career path, so I was willing to explore different options. When I came across a Venturi job posting, I barely knew what a recruitment agency did, but I was intrigued and wanted to learn more. During the interview process with Venturi, I became more and more interested in the career due to the autonomous work environment, super varied duties & challenges, and the daily excitement. You can say I "stumbled" into recruitment as most do, but I'm super happy I did!

While interviewing, it was very clear to me that my now colleagues had a passion for their work along with a warm, inviting culture. It was quickly clear to me that Venturi would be a place where I felt welcomed, motivated, and happy! The best part of working at Venturi is the team! I have been able to build a genuine friendships with everyone in the office and can trust any single colleague to provide me with support, advice, and confidence. Every win is celebrated in the office and a loss is nothing but a learning experience which creates a positive, comforting environment.

Outside of work, I like to socialize with my friends and continue to explore New York City. I've only been here for less than a year, so there's still a lot to experience! Besides that, I love being active so you can find me exercising at the gym or running outside when it's warm. I find inspiration in many people and things, so it's hard to choose just one! I can say I'm very frequently inspired by women leaders. I am motivated by the success of women in top management for overcoming obstacles and confronting vulnerability to transform the business world.
