Service Delivery Team Leader
Service Delivery Team Leader is required to work for a global retail company based in Central London. They are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with great communication skills and a strong technical leader to join the IT and Business change team to lead the overall delivery of their IT services to over 400 users.
The salary on offer for the Service Delivery Team Leader, is £45k – £60k plus a bonus and great and unique list of benefits.
As the Service Delivery Manager you will be working in collaboration with the Business Change, Business Systems and 3rd party teams and as the Service Delivery Team Leader you will have overall responsibility for the technology service to the business.
The Service Delivery Team Leader will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of the strategy and roadmap, managing the helpdesk, delivering infrastructure change, IT operations, security and compliance and change management and supplier management.
The Service Delivery Team Leader will have the following essential skills:
- Experience leading IT teams such as infrastructure, operations and support
- Experience managing services comprising of a blend of legacy and newer emerging technologies
- Understanding of Microsoft (AD, O365, W7, SQL Server Windows Server inc. Terminal Services), WAN and LAN technologies, virtualisation technologies including VMware
- Experience working with / managing 3rd party application vendors/support providers (service level management, contract management, influencing / negotiations
