Retail Data Analyst ( SQL / SharePoint / Travel & Leisure )

£250 – £350 per day depending on experience
An experienced Retail Data Analyst ( SQL / SharePoint / Travel & Leisure ) is required to join one of my prestigious Travel & Leisure clients based in Newcastle Upon Tyne on an initial 3-month contract.
As the Retail Data Analyst ( SQL / SharePoint / Travel & Leisure ) You will be tasked with analysing data, writing a comprehensive business plan and making recommendations to senior stakeholders. Although not essential, someone who comes from a Travel and Leisure, E-Commerce or Marketing background is highly desirable.
The Retail Data Analyst ( SQL / SharePoint / Travel & Leisure ) will have approximately 5 years’ experience in similar roles and a proven track record of improving business performance through their findings and recommendations.
Key skills required for the successful Retail Data Analyst ( SQL / SharePoint / Travel & Leisure ) include:
- Strong SQL Server experience.
- Strong SharePoint experience.
- 5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong forecasting experience.
- Ability to work in a methodical way whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with experience including stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, business writing and delivery of presentations.
Beneficial skills required for the successful Retail Data Analyst ( SQL / Sharepoint / Travel & Leisure ) include:
- Experience working for Travel & Leisure company in a similar capacity
- Maths / Finance Background
